What we are building

Answers grounded in public help-center articles, visible references, and a clear handoff to your team. Orelvi will use models through Amazon Bedrock. AI can make mistakes; a person stays in control of support.

Clear allowances, before you switch it on

We plan a limited, one-time AI trial followed by paid usage packages. We will publish prices and limits before AI becomes available. Human chat will stay free within the free plan limits.
