Workspace owners and permitted teammates control the connection. Private, restricted, and unpublished content is excluded from customer-facing chat knowledge.
Start freeBring your existing help center
Connecting does not change your HelpCenter.io subscription or move your billing. Sign in and approve access through HelpCenter.io; your password is never shared with the chat app.
Start with human support
Your chat workspace includes two seats and 100 new conversations each month. You do not need a paid knowledge base to use human chat.
Combined plans are coming later
Orelvi AI and bundled billing are not available for purchase in this release. We will publish the exact offer before checkout opens. Existing HelpCenter.io subscriptions continue on their current terms.
