What happens at the limit?

The free workspace supports two active or invited teammates and 100 new conversations per usage period. When the conversation allowance is reached, new conversations pause until it resets. Existing threads remain available. The app shows your usage and reset date.

A delivered standard answer, requested reply draft, or summary uses one credit. Explicit premium replies and KB article drafts use four. Human messages, failed generations, internal retries, and handoffs use no credits.

Monthly credits expire at renewal. An optional $15 top-up adds 100 credits valid for 12 months. Extra chat seats cost $9 per month. No automatic top-ups, overage bills, or annual commitment.

A small trial, without a card

The one-time trial includes up to 14 days and 20 standard credits, with a limit of 50 model calls or $0.50 in model spend, whichever comes first. It requires a verified owner and a connected, current HelpCenter.io knowledge base. It never converts automatically to a paid plan. Trial generations may pause when shared trial capacity is reached.

KB editors and chat seats are separate. Top-ups and extra seats retain their regular prices. Discounts do not stack. Existing HelpCenter.io subscriptions stay on their current billing; connecting an account does not migrate it.

Changes and cancellation

Paid package changes take effect at the next renewal, with no mid-period proration. Cancel to stop the next renewal; paid access continues through its paid-through date. At expiry, free human-chat limits apply and existing threads remain accessible. Refunds and disputes reconcile unused credits and paid access.

Can I keep my existing help center?

Yes. Your HelpCenter.io subscription remains separate. Connecting it does not change your plan, create a paid subscription, or migrate your billing.
